Refunds and Returns

We want your Solune order to arrive in good condition and match what you ordered. If something is wrong, contact us through the contact page with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the parcel, product, and packing slip if available. We will review the issue and help with the next step.

Change of mind

Because Solune is a food and beverage product, opened items usually cannot be returned for change of mind. Unopened items in their original condition may be reviewed case by case.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds visible.

Before sending anything back

Please contact us before returning a product. Returns sent without prior contact may be difficult to match to your order.
